EGYPTE - Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy
   Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted. Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
1) The contracts size and duration;
2) Experience profile and advisory services on distribution technical losses calculation, technical losses reduction, studies on technical losses in distribution companies, modelling and simulation of technical losses, and technical operational efficiency on the distribution level;
3) Technical area and expertise in developing and delivering capacity building program, including on-the-job training for technical loss calculation and reduction, as well as enhancing the performance of the distribution network;
4) Demonstrated experience in providing consulting services to Electricity Utilities;
5) Regional experience working in Egypt, Middle-East and North Africa;
6) Working experience in developing cooperations projects.
The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
7) Technical skills and availability of the in-house experts;
8) Availability of local representation and partners;
9) Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Applicant such as ISO 90001.
